Short-listing of right person for client, based on match of candidates profile, preferences, expectations with company’s requisites.

Screening of each available candidates, current salary, Personal interview, profile assessment, credibility. Counseling and reference checking.

Sharing profile of selected candidates with client, scheduling personal /telephonic interview of candidates of client’s interest with company.

Negotiation with desired candidate on salary package offered if there is mismatch between offer by company and his/her expectations.
