The Challenge
One of the largest multinational conglomerate, and a Fortune 100 Group wanted to outsource a bulk of their project requirements for their Engineering Division across various geographical locations.
The Solution
We helped them setup more than 75 projects of which 57 were from various states of India and 18 from multiple gulf countries.
The Impact
We handled one of their biggest project in Qatar which had a requirement of over 600 manpower. We deputed a Senior Manager from our Head Office and help them set up their total HR Process in less than 9 months.
